Today enjoy a guided tour of Bar Harbor's famed Acadia National Park. You will drive to the top of Cadillac Mountain (weather permitting) and thrill to a panaromic view of Frenchman Bay, the Porcupine Islands, Thunder Hole and the Atlantic Ocean. This afternoon board the CAT, a fast-ferry that will depart from Bar Harbor, ME for Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. You will arrive in Yarmouth later this evening. Your overnight accomodations are provided at the Rodd Grand Hotel located in downtown Yarmouth.
This morning enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Today follow Nova Scotia's scenic lighthouse route. You'll stop at the picturesque Peggy's Cove, one of the most photographed spots in Atlantic Canada. Elegant accommodations are provided at The Lord Nelson Hotel nestled in the heart of Halifax for the next two nights. Dinner is provided at a popular local restaurant.B, D
We begin today with a fine breakfast before meeting our local guide for an informative city tour. You will view the Government House, the Titanic gravesites, as well as have a picture taking stop at the majestic Citadel. Today take the short ferry from Nova Scotia to Prince Edward Island. Relive the rural heritage of Prince Edward Island as we visit Orwell Corner Historic Village. This morning cross the fabulous Confederation Bridge which spans to the Northumberland Straits. Discover the famed Hopewell Rocks. These amazing four story high flowerpot shaped rocks were carved by the Fundy Tides. Later, journey to beautiful Saint John in New Brunswick and check into the Chateau Saint John for the evening. Enjoy dinner in the impressive waterfront area.B, D
We begin the last day by departing New Brunswick and entering the great state of Maine. We make a midday pause for lunch on your own before beginning our final travels home. The warm summer days and pleasant evenings in Atlantic Canada are certain to be long remembered.B
