This afternoon, visit the Brandywine River Museum. The museum has a fabulous holiday display including an extensive O-gauge railroad, an elaborate Victorian dollhouse and thousands of ornaments on holiday trees. Dinner is included before continuing on to Longwood Gardens for its spectacular holiday display along with a beautiful choral concert. Indoors you’ll find beautifully decorated trees and thousands of poinsettias with amaryllis, narcissus, cyclamen and tulips in the heated Conservatory. Outdoors, you’ll witness more than 500,000 lights transform the grounds into a festive garden, while dancing fountains perform to holiday music. (B, D)
