Day 1

Today you’ll jet to the "City of Saints" - Salt Lake City, Utah. Overnight accommodations are provided at the impressive Sheraton Hotel. (D)

Day 2

This morning attend the broadcast performance by the world-renowned Mormon Tabernacle Choir (subject to availability). Later, journey to Yellowstone National Park, where accommodations are provided in the park for the next two evenings. (B)

Day 3

Yellowstone National Park is the crown jewel of America’s parks. A special tour is led by a local guide who will take you to Mammoth Hot Springs and Upper Geyser Basin, the home of Old Faithful Geyser where you’ll witness an eruption. Your tour will cross the Continental Divide to Yellowstone Lake, one of the largest in the world. You’ll visit the 1200 foot deep Grand Canyon of Yellowstone and view its dramatic waterfalls. Don’t forget to keep your eyes open for elk, deer, and buffalo as you travel the banks of the Yellowstone River. This evening you’re free to enjoy the natural surroundings of your Yellowstone lodge. Day 4

After breakfast, we head south to Grand Teton National Park, considered the most rugged mountains in America. See Jackson and Jenny Lakes, plus the Chapel of Transfiguration. Your final destination today is the cowboy resort town of Jackson where two night’s accommodations will be provided at the 49’er Inn. This evening you’re free to explore the excitement of Town Square with its many shops and restaurants. (B)

Day 5

Explore Jackson on your own today. Special optional activities include a scenic float trip on the Snake River or shop at the many stores that are steps away from your hotel. A fun-filled evening of tasty Bar J. Chuckwagon food and western entertainment is included. (B, D)

Day 6

This morning you’ll travel Wyoming’s Star Valley and over the Salt River Pass as you journey back to Salt Lake City where accommodations will again be at the Sheraton Hotel. A special guided tour* will take you to see monuments and the State Capitol of this great Mormon city. Founded by Brigham Young and his Mormon followers in 1847, Salt Lake is the world head quarters of the Mormon religion. You’ll visit the "This is the Place" monument where Young first viewed the area, as well as Temple Square, the State Capitol and more. A special farewell dinner is scheduled this evening. (B, D)

Today you’ll depart for home with the best souvenir of them all, the pride of visiting some of America’s most brilliant countryside. (B)

Located in the heart of Salt Lake City, the Sheraton Hotel is within walking distance to wonderful shops and restaurants as well as the historic Temple Square. Yellowstone Lake Cabins-Lake Yellowstone Hotel Frontier Cabins

Clustered near the Lake Yellowstone Hotel are the Frontier Cabins. These completely remodeled duplex units were originally built in the 1920's and here, guests will be able to truly connect with their surroundings while still maintaining essential amenities. Each room is furnished with double beds, a private bathroom with shower, telephone, coffee maker, fan and clock. Please note that televisions, radios, and air conditioning are not available in park lodging.
