Day 1

Today we journey to Rochester, NY where you'll spend the night at the Best Western Marketplace. Dinner is included at a popular restaurant.

Day 2

This morning we depart for the beautiful Kitchner/Waterloo area of Ontario. Discover the famed St. Jacob's Farmer's Market, the largest of its kind in all of Canada. Sample hot apple fritters, freshly made pretzels, Waterloo county sausages or maple syrup sold by Mennonite Farmers who still travel by horse and buggy. Charming accommodations are provided for the next two nights at the Marriott Courtyard St. Jacobs Hotel. This evening we will go to Festhalle to celebrate Oktoberfest. Here you'll enjoy award winning oompah bands, Bavarian dancers and great German cuisine.

Day 3

This morning we tour the beautiful Mennonite countryside and learn about their unique everyday life. Later you have time to explore the village of St. Jacobs with its many boutiques and craft shops. You'll also visit the Butterfly Conservatory.

Day 4

Take your reserved grandstand seats for Canada's most spectacular Thanksgiving Day Parade. Award-winning bands and colorful floats make this nationally televised event one of the many highlights on this tour. Later we will make the short trip to Niagara Falls for an overnight stay at the Sheraton on the Falls. This evening enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings.

This morning after breakfast we depart for home with fond memories of this special Canadian event.

Best Western Marketplace (Rochester)

Spend overnight in the historic city of Rochester at the conveniently located Best Western Marketplace.
