Day 1

This morning we depart toward Cape May, a historic seaside treasure that has been welcoming vacationers for over 200 years. Our getaway begins as we check into the Grand Hotel located on Beach Drive for a memorable two-night stay. This evening we'll enjoy dinner at the historic Washington Inn.

Day 2

After an included breakfast, we'll board a trolley for a tour of the Cape May area. We'll see the historic district, with over 600 Victorian-style homes (the second most in the country behind San Francisco), and view a Victorian house museum - the Emlen Physick Estate. You'll have the opportunity to observe the ornate style and details of 15 different rooms and learn about the customs and traditions of the family who once occupied the home. There will be some free time to explore the Washington Street Mall and enjoy this pedestrian-friendly Main Street full of old-fashioned shops. Later visit a local winery for a tour and tasting. This evening savor a meal at a local restaurant.

Day 3

Begin the day with a trip to Cape May Point. The state park here is home to the fully restored Cape May Lighthouse as well as the sunken ship "Atlantus", which is still visible from the shore. After a brief time to shop for some last-minute treasures, we'll depart for home after a memorable three-day trip to lovely Cape May.
