Day 1

Welcome aboard as we head for Myrtle Beach. Your accommodations this evening are provided at the Best Western in historic Fredericksburg, VA.


Day 2

After breakfast, we'll continue south through the Carolinas to our oceanfront accommodations in Myrtle Beach for four unforgettable nights at the Compass Cove Resort. Located on a sixty mile stretch of beach, your resort features amenities such as an incredible indoor/outdoor water complex. Here you will enjoy an ocean view balcony suite complete with a full kitchen and separate living room. This evening, enjoy dinner at a popular local restaurant.


Day 3

Today you have your choice of visiting Broadway at the Beach, filled with theaters, restaurants, and many specialty shops, or visiting Brookgreen Gardens* where you can stroll the most beautiful sculpture gardens in America. This evening, take your reserved seats for the Carolina Opry, voted best show for the last 21 years.

Day 4

Late morning, we'll journey to Barefoot Landing, where we'll have time to browse over 100 specialty shops and restaurants. The balance of the afternoon is free. This evening enjoy the Legends in Concert show.


Day 5

This morning is free to enjoy the beach. Later, visit La Belle Amie Vineyard for a tour and tasting. This popular family owned winery also has live entertainment (weather permitting) to make your last afternoon in Myrtle Beach a most memorable one. This evening we head for the Alabama Theatre for "ONE-The Show". Acclaimed as one of the most spectacular shows on the East Coast, enjoy dance numbers, dazzling special effects and great comedy.

After breakfast, we depart for Fredericksburg where we'll overnight at the Best Western.


Day 7

We continue our homeward journey this morning, refreshed from our seaside vacation.

The charming Best Western Inn of Fredericksburg will be our home for one night at the start of our tour. For over 35 years this hotel, located in an area brimming with incredible Civil War history, has been family owned and operated.
